260 multiple-size acrylic plates have colors sprayed on the backs and white inscriptions printed on the faces. They are mounted on clear acrylic panels that float above 6- 70”x 23” acrylic panels with blue waves. Acrylic dedication and legend plaques sprayed white with printed inscriptions title the wall.
